London Sri Murugan Temple
London Sri Murugan was established in the current site at Browning/Church Road in February 1984 after 9 years of monthly prayers in temporary venues. Dedicated founder Devotees continued to work towards a vision of building a Grand Temple built in granite.
This vision became a reality in May 2005 with the opening of the new Temple. From an Acorn to a mighty Oak tree is a fitting description for the rise of the London Sri Murugan Temple. Today the Temple is a fully established working Temple fulfilling poojas, prayers, and services for thousands of devotees.
All this has been achieved solely with donations from devotees. Every penny donated has played a part in our Temple’s development. If you wish to contribute to the continuing development of the Temple and associated community facilities including a new wedding hall, please follow the link.
